For the attainment and furtherance of the objects of the Association it may-

  Publish or circulate magazine, journals or other publications on matters relating to the needs of the Service, the Society and the State,
  Undertake and encourage research/studies on subjects relating to efficient financial admini­stration and on matters of general interest and to hold Seminars etc.;
  Raise funds, collect contributions, receive donations, set-up organisation, establish institutions, hold cultural functions for the promotion and welfare of the members and their families etc. as the Association may think fit.
  Deposit moneys of the Association in Banks and operate banking accounts.
  Promote formation of co-operatives for meeting the economic needs of its members.
  Acquire by purchase, lease or otherwise and dispose of by sale, letout, exchange, mortgage, transfer or otherwise any movable or immovable property rights or privileges, as desirable in the interest of the Association.
  Hold, erect, acquire, maintain, alter, improve or repair any building for the purpose of the PIssociation.
  Open its branches for better communication and service to the members and better co-ordination among them.
  Do any other things as may be cognate, incidental or conducive to the objects of the Association or which may otherwise be desirable for the Association.
